Nevertheless, tackling such problems will not be easy, but there are some measures that can be taken to combat this issue firstly, people should follow the balanced life as both work and home to minimise trauma levels.This means that work-life balance should be proper and also individuals should be motivated to do physical exercise such as walking, running,gym and others outdoor sports. Thus, they can relieve them themselves from worries and tensions. Moreover, scholars ought to do more hardwork according to their set time management for their preparations in order to compete with their competitors.
