Band 7.5 - IELTS Writing task 2 Teaching Profession

Question -

These days, in many countries, fewer and fewer people want to become teachers. What are the reasons for this, and how could the problem be solved?

Answer - It has been observed that a meagre section of populace opts their career in teaching profession. This essay will first enumerate how low remuneration and teenagers disciplinary problems act as a hindrance for masses to pursue their career in this field and secondly, paying a handsome salary and corporal punishment for misbehaving teenagers will be the viable solutions for this menace.

To begin with, in this modern age,  copious of reasons are attributable for the young generation to show disinterest in this academic line of work, the first and foremost, the ground of this phenomenon is lower remuneration rates. In other words, educationalists are being underpaid with lower wages rates as compared to other professions like doctors, pilots and engineers. To quote an example, in India, a school tutor earns a salary of 10,000 rupees only whereas, the wages of other professions are at least minimum 25,000 rupees. Consequently, people are not satisfied with the payroll scales and they do not prefer to select this vocation for themselves. Secondly, mostly teenagers exhibited rude and difficult behaviour towards their educators which lead trainers to ponder that this is not the right place to pursue for their careers' perspectives.

Nevertheless,  in order to combat this situation, there are myriads of measures which can be taken to rectify this issue. First of all, Salary packages for teachers should be highly praised by government authorities with the addition to appropriate incentives, which should be paid according to the hard work performance of a particular tutor. To illustrate, according to the recent news in The Tribune, it has shown that more and more teachers will be employed if civic anarchy will pay higher salaries to professionalist and experienced instructors. Henceforth, more and more preceptor can be hired themselves in this trade. Furthermore, Corporal punishment should be given to naughty teenagers who try to do misbehave in the classroom and show the brash attitude towards their teachers. Consequently, it will set an example in front of other pupils who are thinking of behaving indecently and mannerlessly.

In conclusion, although teaching profession considers as a noble profession which acts as a boon for thousands of learners but, paying a lower income will lead people not to get employed in this occupation but, this problem can be curbed by providing more amount of money to the job holders and offering a clean teaching environment to faculty members

Many people argue that money spend on safety of animals is utterly wastage. They believe that ministry should consider subversive problems such as poverty, pollution and population rather than wildlife creatures. From my perspective, however, animals and other creatures are natures beauty but other problems should be given top priority. I have some solid grounds to support my ideas.
