The prime reason why job seekers have started showing less interest in tutoring is that, they are entitled to lower remunerations as compared to their responsibilities and duties. For instance , mentors  have to carry out a multitude of tasks at their workplace almost on a daily basis including preparation of lesson plans, discipline maintenance, class teaching, delivering moral lectures, and organisation of extracurricular activities. Altogether, they are responsible for the over the development of pupils;however, still either they have to be answerable  to principals or parents of students even for minor issues, which makes them frustrated.
